Boy, did I ever make a mistake. I have been on and off these vitamins for years and always come back. In March 1 bought 2 at a great price. Took them for about 7 weeks and for whatever reason took a break. Started feeling not right, I blamed it on allergies since we bale hay during this time of year. Ended up at Dr. yesterday, steroid shot and antibiotic shot and oral scrip. Would have been so much easier, less pricey, and better for my body to just remember my vitamins. And talking about memory, when I take them less brain fog. Thank you Brenda again for another great product.
