Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) is a naturally occurring plant compound that supports healthy estrogen metabolism and hormone balance. It also supports the natural detoxification processes of the liver and intestines, and supports the immune system.
Indole-3-carbinol is found naturally in vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collards, cauliflower, kale, mustard greens, turnips, and rutabagas.
