  • How to use — Microdermabrasion Body Scrub
    01
    Shower first Begin your normal shower routine — washing hair and body as usual. The scrub works best after skin has been warmed by the shower, which softens the surface layer of dead skin and prepares it for exfoliation.

    Turn off the water Before applying the scrub, turn off the shower. This ensures the salt crystals are not immediately rinsed away and have full contact time with the skin to deliver their mineral and exfoliating benefits.

    Apply & massage Scoop approximately one tablespoon of scrub using a luffa glove or your hands. Massage into skin with gentle circular pressure across arms, legs and buttocks — paying particular attention to knees and elbows where dead skin accumulates most. Avoid sensitive areas such as the chest.

    Rinse thoroughly Turn the water back on and rinse completely. Every trace of salt should be removed to reveal the polished, smooth surface beneath. Pat dry gently — do not rub, as the skin is freshly renewed and receptive.

I have been purchasing products from Body Dynamics for 18 years. I started buying products from Brenda when she only sold vitamins. It's been awesome to watch how her business has grown to now include skin products that don't cost a fortune like high-end retail stores. All the products are great but this body salt scrub is my favorite. After I use this salt scrub my skin feels like I just swam in the ocean.

I have three different types of eczema and this really calms my skin when I am having a flare up. It makes my skin feel soft and smooth without any harsh chemicals.

If you are looking for a shower salt scrub give this product a try; trust me you won't regret it.
