Dynamid Energy helps me not be frustrated at work. I have been without it for a month and the differences are astounding in how I feel. It addresses my depression. I am a believer in this product. if you really want real, not fake energy and focus this is it. This prodyucts has saved me from many frustrating and depressed days. My Dr. had prescribed me Ritalin 30 years ago to help me function. I knew it had to not be the best thing for me. My personal trainer suggested I try this as she swore by it. I take 3 Dynamic Energy and 2 Aloe Guarana in the morning, and I sometimes take another dose about 2:00 PM. It has been the absolute best thing for me as I do not miss my Ritalin! Anyone reading this that feels they are hopelessly addicted to Addarall or Ritalin might consider this as a healthier alternative. On a side note, maybe it's my imagination, but my hair and skin look better! I am really grateful to have found these products.
I am a personal trainer and have another job on top of that. I am crazy busy and I have to be up and ready to encourage my clients. I had been through some serious trauma in the last year which was causing my brain not to function. Using this product to ween myself off pre-work out drinks. While this doesn't have the "punch" pre-work out drinks have, this product delivers energy that doesn't have peeks and valleys. Energy is even and longer lasting.
Great product and good energy especially on an empty tummy! I use it in the early afternoon (2 not 3 pills) at work as I work into the evenung so it seems to help with focus/energy.
